That’s why we’ve introduced our risk-free guarantees. So no matter what happens, you'll save money on your sightseeing and have a stress-free city break with us.

What are our risk-free guarantees? 

• Savings guarantee: you'll save on your Paris trip with us (and we’ll refund you the difference if you don’t).
• 30-day refund policy: The Paris Pass® can be refunded (if unused) within 30 days of purchase.
• One-year validity: you've got one year to activate The Paris Pass®.
   

Savings guarantee

With The Paris Pass®, you'll save on your sightseeing – that's our promise to you! 

So if it turns out your tourist pass costs more than if you’d just purchased individual attraction tickets, we’ll refund you the difference. 

How to claim 

You can submit a claim within 14 days of the last use of your pass. To do so, you’ll need to have purchased directly from The Paris Pass® website, and scanned your pass at least three times per day, every day of its validity.

You can submit your claim by emailing us at [email protected]. Be sure to provide the following: 

• Your order confirmation number (this can be found on your confirmation of purchase email). 
• Screenshots of entry prices from the attraction's website or from any other travel websites that prove that the combined cost of attractions you visited would have been cheaper than the cost of The Paris Pass®. 

We'll review your claim and will respond within 7-10 business days. 

Refund policy

Plans can change, we get it.

That's why if you need to cancel your trip for any reason, you can get a refund on any unused passes within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that the Paris Museum Pass is included for free when you purchase The Paris Pass® and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This means that if for any reason you wanted to get a refund for The Paris Pass®, then the cost value of the Paris Museum Pass would be deducted from your overall order.

Be sure to have your order confirmation number handy!

One-year validity 

Need to rearrange your trip? No problem!

The Paris Pass® is valid for one full year from the purchase date (just be sure not to activate them!).
