Everyone! The Paris Pass has something for everyone including families, couples, children, adults, first-time visitors, repeat visitors, long-haul visitors, short stay visitors, independent travelers, international visitors as well as French and local residents.

The Paris Pass is for anyone who wants to visit some of the most popular and best attractions in Paris whilst saving money.

  • How does The Paris Pass work?

The Paris Pass is designed to help save you money when visiting the capital. It’s simple and easy to use and combined with our app and website, we can help you plan your visit to Paris. The Paris Pass comes in 2, 3, 4 and 6-day durations to suit all kinds of trips, from short weekend city breaks, to longer vacations.

Our 2 and 3-day passes include some of Paris’ top attractions tours and experiences for one money-saving price. Our 4 and 6-day passes also include an additional Paris Museum Pass which gives you free entry to over 50 museums.

Pick the pass that’s best for your trip, then let the adventure begin!

  • Do I have to make reservations for attractions?

Certain attractions will require a reservation. If this is the case, you'll find all booking information listed on our reservations page and the individual attraction pages on our website and app. Some advance reservations will require a pass number or order reference number to secure your booking. But rest assured, this will not activate your pass.

  • What are purse values?

Each pass is subject to a purse value, which is based on the duration of the pass.

The purse value is the maximum amount you can use based on the standard gate price for each attraction. For example, with the 2-day adult All-Inclusive Pass, you can visit as many attractions up to the total value of €315.

Here's a full breakdown of all purse values:

Pass duration Adult purse value  Child purse value
    2-day pass € 315 € 240
    3-day pass € 455 € 335
    4-day pass € 520 € 335
    6-day pass € 660 € 420

If you would like to check the remaining value on your pass, simply contact our customer support team using the form or phone number below.

  • Does The Paris Pass include Paris Metro tickets?

The Paris Pass® does not include Paris Metro tickets, these will need to be purchased separately. However, it does include a 1 Day Big Bus Hop-On Hop-Off Tour which you can enjoy at your leisure and takes you straight to the city's top attractions.

Benefits

  • Does The Paris Pass come with a guidebook?

Once you buy a Paris Pass you will receive instructions to download a digital guide that details every attraction's reservation instructions and getting in information.

  • Is there any benefit in buying the pass now?

If you purchase the Paris Pass in advance, online, then you can print it at home before you travel. This allows you to plan in advance and make an itinerary with the information provided to you in the digital guidebook.

Then, as soon as you arrive in Paris, you can start using your pass!

The Paris Pass will be valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • What is the Paris Pass Savings Guarantee?

With our passes, we guarantee that you’ll save on your sightseeing. However, if it turns out you could have saved by buying individual attraction tickets, rather than using your pass, we’ll refund you the difference.

You’ll need to have visited at least three attractions per day, every day per life of pass.

You can submit your claim by emailing us on [email protected]. Be sure to provide the following:

    • Your order confirmation number (this can be found on your confirmation of purchase email).

    • Screenshots of entry prices from the attraction's website or from any other travel websites that prove that the combined cost of attractions you visited would have been cheaper than the cost of our passes.

We'll review your claim and will respond within 7-10 business days.

Using your pass

  • What is the Paris Museum Pass and how do I use it?

Our 4 and 6-day All-Inclusive passes also include a Paris Museum Pass, which gives you free access to some of the best museums in the city.

  • How long is The Paris Pass valid for?

The Paris Pass is valid for the duration of the pass purchased; ie, 2, 3, 4 or 6 days. These days must be used consecutively.

Your pass will be activated as soon as you go to your first attraction so be aware that if your pass is activated in the evening, this will count as your first calendar day. Be sure to start using your pass early on the first day to make the most of it.

The Paris Pass is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, so it makes the perfect gift for anyone planning to travel later in the year. Likewise, if you aren’t sure of when to plan your trip, you can purchase the pass in advance and with the help of the digital guidebook, start planning an itinerary before you go.

  • How do I activate my pass?

Your pass will activate when you visit your first attraction. If you have a 4 or 6-day All-Inclusive Pass, it will also be activated if you use your Paris Museum Pass to enter any attraction.

The day your pass is activated will count as 'day one'. You should start using it straight away to take advantage of the great savings available for the duration of your pass.

  • Is there a Paris Pass app?

There isn't an official Paris Pass app, but the good news is, your digital All-Inclusive Pass can be synced with the Go City app where you'll have all the attraction information you need at your fingertips.

To sync your Paris Pass with the Go City app, download the Go City app from your preferred app store and enter your email address and Paris Pass order number (you'll find this in your confirmation email) to sync your pass to the app.

  • Are the 2-day, 3-day, 4-day and 6-day passes for consecutive days?

Yes, the passes run on a consecutive day basis. If you have a 2-day Paris Pass and activate your pass on a Monday that will be included as the first day and your last day will be Tuesday

Please note: if you start using your pass in the late afternoon or evening that will still count as your first day.
