Please note that we are now offering the ability to extend your pass for up to 2 years from the date of purchase and refunds on unused passes up to 90 days after purchase.

If your travel plans have been negatively impacted by COVID-19 and you need further assistance with your booking, please email us using the form above. We will respond within 7 business days or less.

  • How do I extend my pass for 2 years?

Here’s the good news: you don’t have to do a thing! We’re taking care of that for you. Your pass will work for 2 years from the date of purchase. So relax and don’t worry – you have plenty of time to visit your favorite city once we are up and running again.

  • How should I prepare for my upcoming trip?

We recommend checking the latest travel advice from your local authority when planning your trip.

We also advise checking opening times directly on the official attraction websites and making reservations in advance where possible. You'll find plenty of information in our know before you go section on the attraction pages to help you plan each day.

The good news is, you have up to 2 years to start using your pass and you don’t have to commit to the date in advance. This means you can plan your sightseeing safely in the knowledge that you’re protected if things change.

  • Where can I get travel updates?

  • Who is The Paris Pass for?

Everyone! The Paris Pass has something for everyone including families, couples, children, adults, first-time visitors, repeat visitors, long-haul visitors, short stay visitors, independent travelers, international visitors as well as French and local residents.

The Paris Pass is for anyone who wants to visit some of the most popular and best attractions in Paris whilst saving money.

  • How does The Paris Pass work?

The Paris Pass is designed to help save you money when visiting the capital. It’s simple and easy to use and combined with our app and website, we can help you plan your visit to Paris. The Paris Pass comes in 2, 3*, 4 and 6-day durations to suit all kinds of trips, from short weekend city breaks, to longer vacations.

Your Paris Pass is activated the first time you scan it through at an attraction and is valid to use for consecutive days of your pass duration – 2, 3*, 4 or 6 days.

*The 3-day Paris Pass comes with a 2-day Museum Pass.

The pass is a package made up of two elements: a digital All-Inclusive Pass which can be scanned straight from our app and the Paris Museum Pass which needs to be collected in Paris on arrival and gives you free entry to 50 of Paris’s most famous museums.

  • Do I have to make reservations for attractions?

Certain attractions will require a reservation. If this is the case, you'll find all booking information listed on our reservations page and the individual attraction pages on our website and app. Some advance reservations will require a pass number or order reference number to secure your booking. But rest assured, this will not activate your pass.
