How do I get my Paris Museum Pass?

Once you've purchased a Paris Pass from us, you can download your Paris Museum Pass on our reservation portal. You'll need your order number and pass number, as well as the email address that you used to purchase your pass. You can find all this information in your confirmation email.

Will entering a date when I download my Paris Museum Pass count as one of the days I've purchased?

Yes, it will – so please only put in a date that’s within the consecutive days that you plan to use your passes. Once a date has been entered, it will be redeemed and cannot be amended.

For example, if you purchase a 3-day pass to explore Paris on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of March, you can enter any of those three dates. Anything outside of those dates will be automatically redeemed and you may lose one of your purchased days.

When do I need to show my Paris Museum Pass?

Depending on the attraction, you will be required to show either your Paris Pass or your Paris Museum Pass to enter – so keep them both handy when you're out and about and enjoy the top Museums in Paris!

When will my passes expire?

The Paris Museum Pass must be used on a consecutive-day basis and in conjunction with your Paris Pass. For example, if you start using a 4-day Paris Pass on a Monday, you will have Monday through to Thursday to also use your Pass to Paris Museums.

Will I need to pre-book any of the attractions?

For many attractions on the pass, there's no need to pre-plan. However, some may have capacity limits and you'll need to book in advance.

Head to our reservation page to find out which attractions need to be booked. You'll also find all the info you need here to secure your spot.

Should I buy passes for my children?

Children and teenagers aged between 2-17 can enter some national museums in Paris for free. Because of this, it can sometimes work out cheaper to buy individual attraction tickets, rather than purchasing a pass for your children.

We recommend you check entry prices at the attractions you wish to visit before purchasing your children's passes.
