To book your spot, visit the attraction website:

1. Select the date and time you wish to visit
2. Enter your contact information and agree to the terms and conditions
3. Check your email and reply using the "confirm my reservation" link
4. A second email will be sent to confirm your reservation

How to book your slot

• Firstly, make sure you have purchased your Paris Pass. Your reservation will not be accepted unless you have a valid pass on the date and time of your booking.
• Next, you can book your spot on the ExperienceFirst website.
• Click 'reserve now' and select your preferred date and time. A free pre-booking will be automatically registered once you click 'add to cart.'
• Don't forget to cancel your pre-booking if you change your mind. No charges will apply as long as you show up with a valid pass.

Please book your spot in advance on the Galeries Lafayette Haussmann website by selecting your date and time, using the promo code GOCITY to avoid payment and validating your reservation. (Please don't use the option 'buy as a gift,' as it will not book your spot).

Guided tour in English: this is extremely popular and gets booked up fast. If this is one of your must-sees, please reserve your spot on Les Caves du Louvre' website at least a week in advance. If you've got children with you, please book a non-drinker spot.

Please book your chosen time slot in advance on the Galeries Lafayette website by selecting your date and time, using the promo code GOCITY to confirm your reservation. Please do not select the 'buy as a gift' option as this will not book your slot.

Please book your tour online. A booking will be automatically registered once you click on the 'add to cart' button. Don't forget to cancel your pre-booking if you change your mind. When you arrive for the tour, please give your name to your guide and show them your pass.
